摘要：近十多年来，在我国内外贸大发展的背景下，上海贸易产业经济规模的份额不断提高，表现出了勃勃生机。上海国际贸易中心的未来功能定位，应从国家战略高度出发，在解决国家层面贸易产业瓶颈问题上有所突破。
Abstract: During more than ten years, under the background of the quick development of domestic trade and international trade in China, the market share of trade industry in Shanghai had increased continuously, which was expressing vitality. The function of international trade center in the future in Shanghai should break through in resolving bottleneck problem of trade industry on national level, which should base on national strategy.

摘要：介绍了香港以转口贸易为主的贸易特点和其成为国际贸易中心的发展历程。分析了她在地域特征、基础设施建设、税制和经济自由等各方面的优势和经验，并指明了香港转口贸易在未来的转型方向。
Abstract: The article introduces Hong Kong抯 trade which is featured with transit trade and the development course of it to be an international trade center. Additionally, it analyzes the advantages and the experiences of Hong Kong in terms of location, capital construction, tax system, economic freedom, pointing out the restructuring orientation for its transit trade in the future.

Abstract: On the basis of the comparison and the analysis on the PMIs of the services and the manufacturing in some of the regions and countries world-widely, the article specifies the change trend of the services in the economic crisis. Comparably, the decline rate of the services is less than the manufacturing and probably revitalises in advance.

The financial burden is still heavy regardless of launching various related policies. It is urgent to establish monetary policy and financial policy to offer more support to the total demand and work out some strategy to ensure the sustainability. Finally, international cooperation is essential to the above.
