零售业利润模式的变革

——从“通道费用”到“供应链”

From ‘Entering Expense’ to ‘Supply Chain’

——The Reform of Profit Pattern in Retailing

摘要:零售业利润模式的转变经历了获取进销差价、向供应商索取利润和利用供应链创造利润三个阶段。在我国,销售终端的激烈竞争使进销差价的毛利空间极度压缩,因此,拥有强大分销能力的零售商们逐渐将向弱势供应商索取各种“通道费用”作为自己的主要利润来源。然而这并非长久之策。本文从通道费用的实现基础,分析了零售商业利润模式向“供应链”转换的必然,并提出了由零售企业主导的特殊供应链管理中应注意的几个方面。

Abstract: The profit pattern of retailers nowadays is getting profit from their suppliers, by means of charge many kinds of ‘Entering Expense’. But when suppliers become more independent and more powerful, retailers may loose their ability to keep the profit pattern. So retailers should update their profit pattern to a new way, getting profit from ‘supply chain’. During the process retailers may adapt their business to the new pattern by changing their ways to keep the relationship with the suppliers and ways of thinking their cooperation.

瑞士冰雪王国中的袖珍商业

Mini-commerce in Switzerland

摘要:瑞士三个最著名的城市——苏黎士、达沃斯、伯尔尼在有限的空间内,发展出以精益经营为特色的袖珍商业格局,从而促进了货币银行业、房地产租赁业、钟表制造业、旅游开发业等产业的共同发展。业务往来和行业交融,起到了催化和联结作用,体现了精益经营对有限商业资源的聚合作用。

Abstract: The mini-commerce featured with fine operation has developed in the limited space in Zurich, Davost and Berne, the three famous cities of Switzerland, consequently, the industries of banking, real estate manufacturing, tourism, etc. have been promoted jointly. Meanwhile, different trades and industries are benefited from the fine operation which has polymerized the limited commercial resource.

Abstract: The article introduces the status quo and the trend of the development of the underground space in the developed countries and regions. Compared with the advanced experience internationally, Shanghai’s underground space development seems to be insufficient. Accordingly, by analyzing the trend, the author proposes the measurements and suggestions on related policies for Shanghai.

We’re demanded to pay attention to the construction of suburban shopping centers with the viewpoint of development.

Abstract: Combined with the experience that the author has participated in the preparation of construction and the management of Grand Gateway and Plaza 66 in Shanghai, and the international experience as well, the article systematically introduces the practical experience and the operational essentials of shopping centers from development, orientation, leasing to operation and management. The author believes that we must stick to the principles of ‘thinking globally while practicing locally’, ‘leading the market and the trend’ so as to operate the domestic shopping centers successfully.

摘要:购物中心的开发和管理是一项非常复杂的系统工程,其各个要素、环节之间的协同程度,直接影响到购物中心开发和管理的成败。根据协同原理,从城市发展与购物中心的关系、商圈市场需求和竞争、合作伙伴、业态组合、关键竞争能力和运营管理等六个方面,论述了以协同理念指导购物中心开发和管理的重要性及相关的方法和对策。

Abstract: The thesis advanced that it is very important for the success of development and management of shopping malls to harmonize interrelated factors and segments, because it is a complicated systematic engineering to develop and manage a shopping mall. According to the Theory of Harmonization, the authors demonstrated the importance of applying harmonization idea to development and management of shopping malls, and brought forward corresponding methods and countermeasures.

摘要:对560多位上海购物中心和百货商店购物者进行现场拦截访问,系统地了解了被访者的购物行为和习惯,以及对于未来新建购物中心的业态布局、商品供应、娱乐和餐饮等方面的需求。对于上海购物中心建设的引导和宏观调控,以及购物中心的开发、招商和管理,都有参考价值。

Abstract: Based on data from 560 plus Chinese consumers in Shanghai from a shopping mall intercept survey, this study focuses on a joint consideration of city development and shopping mall developments. It discusses findings on Shanghai shoppers’ consumption habits and behaviors, and their preferences. These findings should prove useful and relevant to business and government alike in planning future shopping malls and central business districts, and in recruiting merchandisers and business partners in Shanghai.

走出“非市场经济”困局

Walk out the Puzzledom of ‘Non-Market Economy’

摘要:“非市场经济”地位正严重困扰中国产品出口,是妨碍中国企业走向世界的“拦路虎”。把中国视为“非市场经济国家”,其实是冷战思维的一种“后遗症”。正是由于这个地位问题,使中国在“反倾销”诉讼中,屡屡遭到“替代国”价格比较的严重打压。应该抓住机遇,积极努力,争取尽快摘掉“非市场经济”这顶帽子。

Abstract: The ‘non-market economy’ status, exerting a negative impact on Chinese product exporting severely, is the obstacle against Chinese enterprises tending towards the world. Actually, it is the sequelae of the cold war thinking to regard China as a ‘non-market economy’ country. It is such a misunderstanding that failed China in the antidumping lawsuits, China always being hit by price comparison by ‘replacing countries’. With that in regard, we shall grasp the opportunity, trying hard to get rid of such a ‘non-market economy’ name as soon as possible.
