摘要：结合近年来北京的实践，特别是结合第二十九届奥运会的举办，论析了商业与城市发展的关系，介绍了关于城市商业发展的3点体会，表达了京沪两市在商业发展和建设现代化国际大都市的过程中，经常交流、加强合作的意愿。
Abstract: On the basis of Beijing's practice, especially the experience on the 29th Olympics, the article analyses the relationship between commerce and the urban development. The experience refers to three aspects. Additionally, there is the strong desire to strengthen the communication and cooperation between Beijing and Shanghai in the process of realizing commercial development and modernized international metropolis construction.

摘要：从全局高度论析了加快推进上海国际贸易中心建设的重要性与紧迫性，提出了对上海国际贸易中心内涵的理解：应具有六大基本功能；在此基础上，提出了到2020年上海建设国际贸易中心的总体目标，以及需要着力推进的六个方面。
Abstract: The article analyzes comprehensively the significance of accelerating the construction of Shanghai international trade center which is a pressing task now. It identifies the meaning of Shanghai international trade center in six basic functions. Accordingly, the author puts forth the overall objective of Shanghai building international trade center by 2020 and the six aspects which should be facilitated in particular.

摘要：上海建设国际贸易中心要加速形成一个“全球采购交易中心”，吸引长三角、全国以至全球的贸易企业来到上海寻找商机。要抓紧研究世博会设施的改造利用，完善信息网络，更要重视完善政策、法规、监管等软环境，努力打造一个国际化、全球化、公平竞争和自由交易的贸易平台。
Abstract: In order to build the international trade center, Shanghai should accelerate to form a 慻lobal purchase and trade center?so as to attract the trade businesses not only in the Yangtze Delta but also all around the country and the world to seek the business opportunity in Shanghai. The facilities for the World Expo should be reconstructed and made full use of. The information network should be well equipped. More importantly, such soft circumstances as policies, regulations and supervision should be improved. With all the efforts, an internationalized trade platform featured with fare and freedom should be completed.

Abstract: The author introduces the history and the current situation of Rotterdam which is regarded as an international port. Accordingly, he suggests that in order to build the international trade center, Shanghai should strengthen the development of shipping center and financial center and deepen the interactive relationship between other cities in the Yangtze Delta, creating a sustainable and liveable city.

摘要：通过对全球和部分地区、国家的服务业采购经理指数和制造业采购经理指数的对比分析，来说明经济危机下服务业的变化趋势。与制造业相比，下跌幅度相对较小，可能存在率先复苏等因素。
Abstract: On the basis of the comparison and the analysis on the PMIs of the services and the manufacturing in some of the regions and countries world-widely, the article specifies the change trend of the services in the economic crisis. Comparably, the decline rate of the services is less than the manufacturing and probably revitalises in advance.

摘要：建设国际贸易中心，对贸易企业来说，首当其冲的问题就是如何实现内外贸一体化。我国内外贸割裂的深层原因在于过度依赖对外出口，而忽视内在的需求。提出实现内外贸一体化的若干途径，首要的一条是变买卖企业为供应链管理企业。
Abstract: Regarding to the trade enterprise, realizing the integration of domestic trade and international trade is first issue in building international trade center. Relying on the export excessively while ignoring the domestic demand leads to the separation between domestic trade and international trade. Transforming the enterprise from business transactions focusing one into supply chain management one should be considered firstly.

Global Economic Slump Challenges Policies (Abstract)

摘要：基于担任伦敦副市长8年的经验与对中国经济的研究，坚信上海一定能建成国际金融和贸易中心，但至少需要20年的过程。主要是存在一些“软肋”：金融部门的管理能力没能与其财力相匹配；在海外投资方面依然弱势；中国企业的规模还比较小，中国的市场还较分散；中国的金融从业人员也明显不足等。关键是：相关的政策必须协调一致、互相呼应，发挥最大的能量。
Abstract: Based on the experience in serving as the vice mayor of London and the research on China抯 economy, the author believes that Shanghai must be built into an international trade center in the future but it will takes at least 20 years. He pointed out the weaknesses: the management ability hasn't been match with the financial capacity; weak in overseas investment; the scale of the Chinese enterprises is relatively small and the market isn抰 centralized; still lack the financial employees. It is the key to coordinate the related policies so as to maximize the power.

Abstract: An industrial reform is needed in the traditional logistics where lots of shortcomings exist. There comes the Shanghai Inland Trade Center, which is not only a multi-functional and integrated network and platform of public logistics information, but also a new format of services trade for the modern logistics. It will develop the services trade and the cargo trade so as to promote the construction of Shanghai international trade center.
