Abstract: The article made an introduction of the planning of Shanghai Expo to put forward that the expo can be instructed by the concept of circular economy, by using the energy and building materials cleanning and recircling, making waste harmless and renewable, and taking good use of the exhibition hall and venues of Shanghai Expo.
