Abstract: It is a new trend to seek outsourcer globally and manage domestically in high-tech and service economy in U.S. Relying on its advantage in language and the keenness to high-tech and service industry, India has been offering its service to the new economy of the U.S. largely and systematically with high quality and low price. As to China, in the mean time of developing its own economy by using the process and the outsourcing in manufacture of the developed countries, it should participate in the globalization in service economy.

Regarding his viewpoints, some are similar with others, while others are larruping, all which can be taken as reference in study.
